Türkischer Hackfleisch


3 Esslöffel Olivenöl
1 Zwiebel (zum Abendessen gehackt)
2 Knoblauchzehen (in ein Reiskorn gehackt)
300 gr.Hackfleisch
1 Teelöffel Tomatenmark
1 Schüssel geriebener Cheddar-Käse
1 geriebene Tomate
1 Teelöffel Salz, Pfeffer
9 große Pilze


Arbeitszeit ca. 30 Minuten Koch-/Backzeit ca. 15 Minuten Gesamtzeit ca. 45 Minuten

Take the pan to the stove.

Add olive oil in it and heat it.

Then add the chopped onions for cooking and fry.

After the onions are roasted, add the chopped garlic in the form of a rice grain and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Continue the roasting process by adding the minced meat.

Then add tomato paste, pepper paste, tomato grater, salt, pepper and mix, then remove from the stove.

Cut off the stems of the mushrooms.

Clean their insides.

Wipe the mushrooms thoroughly with a clean damp cloth.

Arrange intermittently on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper so that the empty parts remain on top.

Divide the minced meat into the mushrooms.

Then add the grated cheddar cheese on them.

Bake in a heated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes.

Serve hot after coming out of the oven
